Again, if you want to obtain this achievement, DO NOT PURCHASE A FORGED CERTIFICATION. But that's assuming you don't care about unlocking this achievement. In case you don't care about earning this achievement, Forged Certifications are quite expensive (100,000 credits to be exact.) Once you dish out the credits, the Black Market will allow you to choose a challenge you do not want to fulfill and wipe it from your regen requirements. ***If you purchase a Forged Certification, the achievement will become unobtainable FOREVER, so don't do that!*** If you reach Gen 10 WITHOUT purchasing one of these certifications, the achievement will unlock. What these certifications do is allow you to clear one of your regen challenges so you don't need to fulfill it to regen. TOO LEGIT TO QUIT UPDATE
If you have yet to reach Gen 10, go about doing your regen challenges as you would before this update was applied. What that means is if you have unlocked Gen 10 prior to the update, this achievement will unlock upon starting the game up. This achievement is retroactive with Title Update #8.
